Then our dedicated team member will visit you at your convenience to discuss your plans and needs in detail.

Next is our job to accurately prepare and finalize your quotes. We take pride in ensuring our customers receive accurate and competitive quotes. Please be patient as we work on providing you with the best possible quote.

Once you have received your quote and are happy to proceed, the next step is to sign the paperwork and pay a deposit. We will then re-visit your location to confirm all measurements prior to production.

We understand that embarking on a renovation project can be stressful, so sit back and relax as we make your dream a reality. Once production is complete, we will deliver and install your custom cabinets within 2-4 days (depending on project complexity and other trades involved).

ThoughtsAt ORSM Designs we try to make your experience an easy hassle free as much as possible. We understand that renovation is a big decision and a burden while in progress; therefore, we think about you and your needs more than just in design, quality and price. We also care about minimising the disruption to your daily routine.
Let's have some thoughts in your own time first. 1. What areas of the house that you are concerned about or you want to improve ? Tips: Try to identify specific as much as you can. Example: Kitchen (Whole new one, resurface or just add an extra pantry, ...) Bathroom (Whole new one, vanity or just add a bathtub, ....) Wardrobe (A walk-in wardrobe, some cabinets or drawers, ...) Alfresco Kitchen (You have a spacious backyard and feel like BBQ ?) 2. Look at those areas and think about the layouts, structures, colours, style, theme that you want to achieve. Some kitchen layouts are : Gallery, One-wall, U-shaped, L-shaped, G-shaped and Island Kitchen. If you haven't decided the colours and styles for your areas, we can discuss it together.
